Of course, our telephone hotline is also available 24 hours a day. However, one should be realistic, it is not always possible to dispatch a service technician immediately.
For the reason briefly to Der Teigmacher Anlagenbau GmbH: Software problems can be solved in most cases by remote maintenance.
If a service technician is called on, he will be on site within three days, based on Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Even in the event of unforeseeable faults, we are there for our customers quickly and reliably. It doesn't matter whether the problem is mechanical, software or dough-related. Most control errors can be corrected with the help of our remote maintenance.

Maintenance
EXTEND LIFETIME AND MINIMIZE DOWNTIME AND COSTS

The sale of more complex systems is increasingly coupled with the offer of a maintenance contract. The maintenance is intended to ensure the process reliability of the acquired systems with a decreasing number of employees. We are also adapting to this development. However, the maintenance costs at Teigmacher are made plannable thanks to a flat rate agreed with you.
It is best to inquire about a maintenance contract when purchasing a system.
